Orgasmic Tips for Her


    Thought I'd share a few tips with my sisters to help them have better orgasms.

    This is a list in progress so feel free to share some of your tips with me.

    Open up your mind to new ideas.  Be willing to try new thing and new positions.

    Clear your mind

    Focusing on something sexy, like how hot your guy looks in the shower will get your mind prepared

    Don't be self conscious

    Don't worry about how you look.  Trust me he is not looking at how fat your thighs are.  He has got far more important things on his brain!

    Feel good

    Make yourself feel good - put some perfume on, wear something a little sexy.  It will make you feel wonderful.

    Foreplay

    Oral sex is a great way to get going.

    Men need direction

    Yeah this one is pretty self explanatory - you need to tell him what you like and where you like it.

    Know yourself better

    You cannot tell your man what to do unless you know what you like.  Masturbation is the key.  Don't be shy to do a little experimenting on your own.

    I'm not talking about going to the gym.  I'm talking about doing regular kegel excercises.  Keeping these muscles toned will help your orgasms to be so much stronger


    Get a Thrill

    Doing something that you get a thrill from. It stimulates dopamine in the brain, which gets your juices flowing.

    Delay tactic

    Get yourself close, then simmer it down. Repeat this a few times before the great explosion.

    I am starting to get more and more curious about this term.  Focused breathing can boost your pleasure - especially when practiced by both of you.

    Porn - aka Erotic movies and books can be tasteful and arousing, and the more aroused you are, the better your orgasm chances.

    Start early

    Start the day with sending him sexy little messages through out the day.  This is a great turn on and can have you both hot and ready for when you get home.

    Watch what you put in your mouth

    A this included anti-depressants.  If necessary see your doctor about how your medication may be affecting your libido.
    And stock up on aphrodisiacs - chocolate, chile peppers, asparagus, avocados, and oysters

    Get help

    If you have low sex drive or none at all - seek help from a doctor or a therapist

    Relax

    And this is probably the most important secret - just relax and enjoy yourself.
